LudusCtrl
Use a Bluetooth gamepad on a PC that has no Bluetooth radio. Your phone does
the pairing and forwards input over your own Wi-Fi to a small receiver on
Windows. No video streaming, nothing leaves your network.

Version 1.2 · 17.8 MB · Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
Works with the Android app 1.2; update both together.
The installer sets up the ViGEmBus controller driver for you if it is not
already present.

The Android app is in closed testing, so the Play link
only opens for testers who have been added to it — everyone else gets
a “not found” page. No APK is published in the meantime, and
there will not be one before the app goes public: sideloaded builds cannot
be updated by Play afterwards.
You do not have to wait for it. Run the receiver with --web
and it serves a page your phone opens in its browser, with nothing
installed — on Android, and on iPhone, where the app cannot go at all.
How it works
- Pair your gamepad to your phone over Bluetooth as usual.
- Install the receiver on your PC and leave it running.
- Open the app, pick your PC, and start the link. The first time, the PC shows a 6-digit code: allow it if the phone shows the same one. Only paired phones can control your PC.
- The pad shows up in Windows as a standard controller.
